Will Davis sold his first keg of kombucha on Maui in 2015. Two years later he met Dante Valentino at a craft brewing club, and a backyard passion turned into a real Maui brewery.
Today every can is brewed, fermented and canned in one South Maui facility, from island-grown ingredients. Small batches, done properly, so the balance is in every sip.
